SheetSmith Terms of Service

The service

SheetSmith (operating at sheetsmith.app) is a tool for working with CSV files that you upload via your own Google Drive, using Google's "drive.file" access scope as described in our Privacy Policy.

Provided as-is

SheetSmith is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any tool will produce a particular result.

Your responsibility for your data

You are solely responsible for the files you upload and for reviewing the output of any tool before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheetSmith and its operator take no responsibility and accept no liability for data processed through the service, including any loss, corruption, or misuse of data.

You should keep your own backups of any file before and after processing it with SheetSmith.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will SheetSmith or its operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of sheetsmith.app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
